Start with Panda and the game fully updated, restart Windows, open Panda and note the installed version. Clean storage to recover space, not to manufacture frames
Panda's Cleanup page lists temporary files, browser history/cookies, unwanted-program remnants and other clutter. Start with a scan/preview and read the categories. Browser cookies can sign you out; download folders can contain installers or saves; application caches may need to be rebuilt. Select only data you understand, close affected applications and record free space before and after.
